    Amen. It starts to look like self-pity after a while. FB is full of people who post things about dead or ill family members, only the post is an attempt to get readers to feel sorry for the poster. My own step-daughter did this after the death of her brother. At first it was touching, then it quickly became about her rather than about honoring him. That and it upset my husband anew. He's already really sad. Those posts make it worse. It may be cathartic for some, but for him it is not.
